Anti-inflammatory: Turmeric is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as an anti-inflammatory to relieve inflammation.
Take 1 ½ metric teaspoons (4.5 g) daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Mix into 150 mL of water and consume immediately. If symptoms persist talk to your health professional.
