Tick – you have completed Day 7.

Today was all about mindfulness, welcoming in gratitude to help your light shine brighter and waving goodbye to anything that dims your light.

The intricacy of the mind-gut connection means that the key to a happy & healthier feeling gut isn’t just the food we ingest, but also on your state of mind.

Keeping this in mind, trace back to a time when your digestive health was poor, reflect on what was going on at that point in your journey. Was there something emotionally present that was throwing your mind off balance? Identifying the root cause will switch your mindset from reactive to proactive when it comes to fostering a happy, healthy gut.
