CONSUMER COMPETITION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Open to Australian permanent residents 18+

Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before entering.

1.  THE PROMOTER

  1. Wanderlust Products Pty Ltd (ABN 23 664 976 783), Level 3, 489 Toorak Road, Toorak VIC 3142 (“Promoter”). Contact: customerservice@wanderlust.com.au .
  2. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Jay Shetty, his management, or any affiliated entity, unless otherwise expressly stated.

2.  COMPETITION PERIOD

  1. Competition entries can be made from 9:00 am AEST on Saturday 1 August 2026 until 11:59 pm AEDT on Friday, 16 October 2026 (“Competition Period”) through the Promoter’s website: wanderlust.com.au/competitions/jay-shetty/.  
  2. Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible or accepted.
  3. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void.

3.  WHO MAY ENTER

  1. The Competition is only open to Australian permanent residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  2. The Competition is not open to:
    • employees of the Promoter;
    • parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to this Competition;
    • parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Competition; and
    • any immediate family members of any of the above-mentioned parties. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of any entrant and, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who does not satisfy the eligibility requirements or who the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe has acted in breach of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of thepromotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. 

4.  HOW TO ENTER

  1. To enter, individuals must, during the Competition Period:
    • purchase any Wanderlust product from wanderlust.com.au or an authorised Wanderlust retailer;
    • retain their original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) — this must be produced if requested by the Promoter; and
    • visit wanderlust.com.au/competitions/jay-shetty/ and complete the online entry form, providing: first name, last name, date of birth, residential address, state, postcode, email address, phone number, receipt or order number, store of purchase, and how they heard about the promotion.
  2. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Wanderlust product purchased regardless of the number of Wanderlust products in excess of one (1) purchased in a single transaction; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
  3. Entries must be received by 11:59 pm AEDT on Friday, 16 October 2026. Late, incomplete, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
  4. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged however caused.
  5. The Promoter is not responsible if a mobile device or computer is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry.
  6. Internet access is required to enter. Any costs associated with accessing the internet are the entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the Internet service provider used.
  7. Entries generated by automated means, macros, scripts, or other mechanical or electronic means are not permitted and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

5.  VALID ENTRIES

  1. An entry will only be deemed valid if it:
    • is submitted during the Competition Period by an eligible entrant;
    • includes all required information and a valid receipt or order number for a Wanderlust product purchased during the Competition Period;
    • complies with all requirements in these Terms and Conditions; and
    • is not a duplicate of a previously submitted entry.
  2. The Promoter may request additional documentation to verify a proof of purchase. Failure to provide such documentation within five (5) business days of the request may result in the entry being disqualified.
  3. Entrants must retain their original proof of purchase for all entries and produce it upon request. Failure to produce proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.

6.  THE PRIZES

  1. There is one (1) Major Prize and twenty (20) Runner-Up Prizes available to be won.
  2. The “Major Prize” consists of a trip for two (2) adults to Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane to meet Jay Shetty valued at up to AUD $7,698.00 depending on date and point of departure:
    • Two (2) x return domestic economy flights from any major Australian airport to the closest capital city (Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane) — valued up to AUD $2,000.00. Flights are only provided if the Major Prize winner resides outside of the event city. If the Major Prize winner is from the event city, then the Major Prize does not include airfares and the airfare component on the Major Prize is not redeemable for cash; 
    • One (1) x night accommodation at a 5-star hotel in the event city — valued at up to AUD $500.00;
    • Two (2) x GOLD Tickets to Wanderlust True North with Jay Shetty — valued at AUD $698.00; 
    • Two (2) x exclusive Meet & Greet passes with Jay Shetty — valued at AUD $3,000.00;
    • A 12-month supply of Wanderlust products for the winner only — valued at AUD $1,000.00; and
    • AUD $500.00 spending money for the winner only.
  3. The total value of the Major Prize is up to AUD $7,698.00 
  4. The twenty (20) “Runner-Up Prizes” each consist of a Wanderlust product pack valued at AUD $500.00 per pack. The total Runner-Up Prize pool value is AUD $10,000.00.
  5. The total prize pool value is up to AUD $17,698.00.
  6. Major Prize conditions:
    • The Major Prize winner and their companion must be available to travel to Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane on the Wanderlust True North event dates (Melbourne 13th November 2026, Sydney 14th November 2026, Brisbane 16th November 2026). Flights are subject to booking and flight availability. No alternative travel dates will be offered. Failure to be available on those dates will result in forfeiture of the Major Prize and a redraw will be conducted.
    • The Major Prize winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same domestic departure point and must travel together.
    • The event city (Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane) will be determined by the Promoter based on the winner’s closest capital city as nominated at the time of entry. No alternative city will be offered.
    • Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. 
    • Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
    • The Major Prize winner may be required to present a valid credit card at the time of hotel check-in.
    • The Major Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
    • Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the Major Prize winner does not, once the Major Prize has been booked, take the Major Prize (or an element of the Major Prize) at the time stipulated, the Major Prize (or that element) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
    • As a condition of accepting the Major Prize, the winner and their companion must sign any legal documentation as required by the Promoter in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
  7. The following are NOT included in the Major Prize and are the winner’s sole responsibility:
    • additional spending money beyond the AUD $500.00 included in the Major Prize;
    • meals;
    • taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes, which are included in the flights);
    • travel insurance;
    • passports, visas, and vaccinations;
    • transport to and from the winner’s domestic departure point;
    • airport and venue transfers;
    • items of a personal nature;
    • in-room charges; and
    • all other ancillary costs not expressly included in the Major Prize description.
  8. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition, or suspend, substitute, or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
  9. Prize winners are responsible for ensuring that all prize delivery details provided are correct. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs associated with re-delivery of a Runner Up Prize or the Wanderlust product element of the Major Prize, should the delivery details provided by a winner be incorrect. 
  10. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited. 
  11. If any prize (or any element of a prize) becomes unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that element of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
  12. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or substituted for any other prize, except as required by applicable law or at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
  13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
  14. The “Meet & Greet” double-pass awarded as part of the Major Prize provides the winner (and his/her companion) with an opportunity to meet Jay Shetty. This element of the Major Prize is not guaranteed and is subject to the goodwill of Jay Shetty on the day. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and will not offer any alternative in the event that this element of the Major Prize cannot be offered for any reason. 

7.  SELECTING THE WINNER

  1. The Competition winners will be randomly selected using random number generator software. The draw will take place at Level 3, 489 Toorak Road, Toorak VIC 3142 on Monday, 19 October 2026 at 11:00 am AEDT, in the presence of an independent scrutineer.
  2. One (1) Major Prize winner and twenty (20) Runner-Up Prize winners will be drawn at the same draw. The first valid entry drawn will win the Major Prize. The next twenty (20) valid entries drawn will each win a Runner-Up Prize.
  3. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in order, in the event that a selected winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, or does not claim their prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  4. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
  5. The prize/s must be claimed by Monday, 26 October 2026 for the original winners and Tuesday, 3 November 2026 for the winners of the unclaimed prize draw (if any). 
  6. If any prizes remain unclaimed by 10:00AM AEDT on Tuesday, 27 October 2026, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same place as the original draw, subject to any direction from a regulatory authority. The first valid entry drawn and successfully contacted by phone and in writing will win the Major Prize. If the unclaimed prize draw winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours, the Promoter will contact the next drawn winner until a Major Prize winner is determined. The next valid entries drawn in the unclaimed prize draw will win an unclaimed Runner Up Prize, if any. 

8.  WINNER NOTIFICATION 

  1. The Competition winners will be notified by phone call and email within two (2) business days of the draw and their names will be published (first initial, surname and postcode) at wanderlust.com.au/competitions/jay-shetty/ on Wednesday, 21 October 2026. The Promoter will use its best endeavours to contact winners; the decision not to award a prize to an entrant who cannot be contacted is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter.
  2. If a winner cannot be contacted by the date set out in clause 7.5, the Promoter will conduct a redraw in accordance with clause 7.6.
  3. Results of the redraw will be published (first initial, surname and postcode) at wanderlust.com.au/competitions/jay-shetty/ on Thursday, 29 October 2026. 
  4. A person purporting to be a prize winner may be required to provide proof of identity and to verify any other eligibility requirements before the prize is awarded.

9.  PUBLICATION OF WINNER DETAILS

  1. The Promoter will publish the last name, first initial and postcode of Competition winners at wanderlust.com.au/competitions/jay-shetty/ on the dates set out in clauses 8.1 and 8.3 above, and that information will remain posted for at least 28 days, as required by applicable permit conditions.
  2. Each entrant consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image, photograph, and/or voice in the event that they are a winner, in any media for an unlimited period of time, without remuneration or compensation, for the purposes of promoting the outcome of this Competition and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

10.  PRIVACY AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

  1. In accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Promoter notifies entrants that entry to the Competition involves the collection of personal information, such as name, address, date of birth, mobile phone number, and email address. This is collected for the purpose of establishing eligibility, carrying out the Competition, and notifying winners. If the information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition.
  2. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State lottery agencies and winner details published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
  3. Each entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal information for the purposes of undertaking any investigation in connection with verifying the identity of an entry or any suspected tampering.
  4. The Promoter may use entrants’ personal information to send information about the Promoter’s products and services, unless the entrant opts out. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://wanderlust.com.au/privacy-policy/.
  5. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering the promotion entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard. 
  6. Entrants may access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information by contacting the Promoter at competitions@wanderlust.com.au.

11.  GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, or acts in a manner contrary to the spirit of this Competition.
  2. Subject to State legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the Competition at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion may cancel, terminate, or modify the Competition without the need to provide compensation to entrants or attempted entrants.
  3. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
  4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude, or modify, the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other implied warranties that cannot be excluded by law.
  5. Any tax liability arising from the receipt of a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from a winner receiving a prize, and the winner must seek their own independent financial advice. If, for GST purposes, this Competition results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST-inclusive market values.
  6. These Terms and Conditions prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with any other promotional material or advertising relating to this Competition.
  7. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this Competition will be final. The Promoter is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions or to engage in any correspondence with entrants or their representatives in relation to any matters concerning the Competition.

12.  EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

  1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of this Competition.
  2. The Promoter makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality or suitability of the prizes offered.
  3. The Promoter is not responsible for any losses associated with any change to the value of any prizes.
  4. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any person or to personal property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangements for the supply of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any person accompanying the prize winner.
  5. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter is not responsible for: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; (b) any theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value; (e) if any element of the Major Prize event is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; or (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant.

13.  PERMIT CONDITIONS

  1. This Promotion is subject to permit requirements in the following Australian states and territories:
    • New South Wales: Permit No TP/ 05218
    • South Australia: Permit No. T26/ 1217
    • Australian Capital Territory: Permit No. TP26/ 01577
  2. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any applicable permit conditions, the permit conditions will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

14.  GOVERNING LAW

  1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
